Wow!! Wow!! Wow! How do you top off a Fantastic Birthday Bash? Well you have an exciting new update with lots of new surprises yet to come!! Of course there will be hidden surprises in the new starters!!! Just think you might get a new surprise from your starters in a few days!!!

Now let’s review the MANDATORY UPDATE

In the new update we have enclosed NEW Note Cards. These Note Cards have very IMPORTANT information on them. I am going to review some of this information here for you.

First there is a DEADLINE that you need to meet! That DEADLINE IS SEPTEMBER 19, 2014…

With v5.0, Amaretto has implemented all new food and consumables that have safety protocols. This was done to protect Amaretto as well as the community. Because of these new safety protocols, update v5.0 is MANDATORY. Horses will no longer function properly if they are not updated to v5.0 by September 19, 2014.

After September 19, 2014 Older version horses WILL NOT have a viable bundle!!

Beginning September 19, 2014 ALL versions that are not v5.0 will no longer produce viable offspring. Meaning any bundle produced on or after September 19, 2014 by all versions that are not v5.0 by September 19, 2014, will have the text BAD_DATA_NO_PARENTS and will not birth. If you receive a bundle like this it cannot be fixed.

Now on to the NEW FOOD AND CONSUMABLES!!!

ONLY the new food/consumables will be sold after September 3, 2014, that is why you must update your horses

With v5.0, Amaretto has implemented all new food and consumables that have safety protocols. This was done to protect Amaretto as well as the community. Below are some F.A.Q. regarding the new food and consumables.

The new food and consumables WILL ONLY work with v5.0 and higher. Older version horses MUST be updated to use the new food and consumables. The older version food/consumables WILL NOT work with v5.0 horses

If you recently purchased the old food and consumables we have started the exchange system.

We will be exchanging old food/consumables for new food/consumables purchased one month before the update. So if you purchased old food/consumables from August 3, 2014 until September 3, 2014, you can file a support ticket with transaction history  and rez all unused food/ consumables that you have, and send a Slurl to where it is, and we will send new food/consumables to you in world.

There are new safety protocols added to the food/consumables.

Although I cannot go into great detail, I can tell you that the new food/consumables are recorded on our servers when purchased and now have a UUID just as the horses/bundles do. When a breeder purchases food/consumables a “count” is added which only allows the breeder to rez that specific amount. Because of this, they can no longer be copied due to roll backs and will break if this is attempted. The new food and consumables are still no copy/no mod/no trans. Due to these safety protocols, we will no longer sell our products on Second Life’s Marketplace.

ALSO, Effective September 3, 2014 Amaretto has lowered their food by 10% on each pack.

PLEASE take the time to read the note cards you get that come with our products, they have important information that you really need to know!!!

Hello and Happy Tuesday breeders!! Yesterday’s Birthday Luau was a huge success!! It was so much fun with all of the amazing entertainers and the community! Amaretto is now 4 years old and we have many more years to come! At the breeder’s choice awards Miss Avalon Crystal announced that Amaretto Ranch Breedables will be releasing the 5.0 update on Wednesday September 3rd 2014!!! Are you ready for 5.0?!?! We are! Confection Horses can only come by breeding a male and female with Confection eyes. The Confection eyes are Lollipop, Cotton Candy, Honeycomb, Chocolate Cherry, Spun Sugar, Tutti Frutti, Doublemint, Sprinkled Donut, Licorice Roll, Sweet Tart, Cinnamon Roll and Red Velvet. They do not have to be the same Confections.

The Confection horses that can be birthed will not have the particles like the ones given away at the Amaretto 4^th Birthday Luau, those Confection horses were One of a Kind! The coats and eyes on the Confection Horses that will be born will look just like the One of a Kind horses just without the particles.

The Confection Horses are not Limited Edition Horses. They are best compared to the Albinos, you just need to breed 2 Confection eyes together for the Confection Horses and you need to breed 2 Full Siblings together for the Albinos.

The eyes that come with each amazing Confection coat are specific to their coat and they do have the ability to pass.  That’s right you heard it correct these beautiful new eyes DO have the ability to pass!! Once these new Confection eyes start passing you may also use them to breed for Confection horses as they are Confection eyes also!

How do you get the Confection Horses?
To have a chance at getting one of the Confection Horses, you must breed two horses that have the Confection Eyes. They do not have to be the same Confection eye, they just need to both be Confection Eyes. They DO NOT need to be siblings or anything else, they need ONLY have Confection eyes.

Do the Confection Horses pass their coats?
The Confections are like the Albinos in that they do not pass their coats. However, breeding a Confection horse to another Confection Horse or even breeding a Confection Horse to another horse with Confection eyes increases your chances of getting another Confection horse. The Confection coat you receive will be chosen at random. The Confection eye that is on your specific Confection horse coat DOES have the ability to pass.

The 6 Confection Horses given away as prizes at the Amaretto 4^th Birthday Luau are ONE OF A KIND!
The Confection Horses that you will be able to breed for will NOT have the particle option that the ones given away have. This makes these 6 Confection Horses the ONLY Horses of this kind on the grid! Congratulations to the Winners of these special horses.
