All About Albino Eyes!

Happy Monday everyone! I hope you had an amazing weekends and I wish a blessed week ahead of you! Today I wanted to take a moment to  show off the beautiful Albino eyes! Amaretto Albinos have become somewhat famous in the Amaretto Community. To have such a prized horse born is very exciting. Plus they come with a very special eye that will be sought after by many. The Albinos come randomly from full siblings. Full siblings are siblings that come from the exact same mother and father. Siblings do not have to have the same traits they only need to be full sibling. The Albino coat does NOT pass however, Albino eyes can be passed on to their offspring.

You can read all about the Albino Eyes here https://horse.amaretto.wiki/index.php?title=Albino_Eyes

Happy Breeding!!! Until next time……..

Tomorrow is National Chocolate Day!!

Hey everyone hope your Saturday is going well.  With Halloween just a few days away today I want to share with you some interesting things about National Chocolate Day which is tomorrow!!

National Chocolate Day is observed annually on October 28. While there are many specific chocolate related holidays throughout the year, National Chocolate Day celebrates all things chocolate. As America’s favorite flavor, chocolate is well deserving of its own day of honor and celebration. (Some sources designate July 7 or December 28 as Chocolate Day or International Chocolate Day.)

How is chocolate made?

Chocolate comes from the seed of the tropical Theobroma cacao tree. Cacao, which has been cultivated for at least three millennia, is grown in Mexico, Central America and Northern South America. The earliest known documentation of using cacao seeds is from around 1100 BC. The cacao tree seeds have a very intense, bitter taste that must be fermented to develop the flavor.

Once the seeds have been fermented, the beans are dried, cleaned and roasted. After roasting, the shell is removed to produce cacao nibs. The cacao nibs are then ground into cocoa mass, which is pure chocolate in rough form. The cocoa mass is usually liquefied then molded with or without other ingredients. At this point in the process, it is called chocolate liquor. The chocolate liquor may then be processed into two components: cocoa solids and cocoa butter.

Unsweetened baking chocolate – cocoa solids and cocoa butter in varying proportions.
Sweet chocolate – cocoa solids, cocoa butter or other fat and sugar.
Milk chocolate – sweet chocolate with milk powder or condensed milk.
White chocolate – cocoa butter, sugar and milk but no cocoa solids.

Research has found that chocolate, when eaten in moderation, can lower blood pressure.

Now check out this yummy chocolate eyes!!

Until next time this is Snookie hoping you have a spooktacular Saturday and a great Halloween!

Happy Breeding!

Barnyard Consumables Covered!

Hello Amaretto Community and Happy Monday!! Did you know that the Barnyard Bird Consumables are for use by both the Barnyard Birds and the new Barnyard Ducks! Today I want to take a moment to cover these consumables! Please keep in mind that Barnyard Birds and Ducks have separate food and Orange Rinds/Lettuce Leaves that are specific to the Birds or Ducks. Take a look below at the shared consumables.

High Potency Seeds
These seeds pack a potent punch! High Potency Seeds provide a 10% increase to Vigor. Vigor is important as your Barnyard Bird or Duck must have 85% or higher vivacity coupled with 100% vigor in order to breed. This consumable can only be used on a Barnyard Bird or Duck once in a 24 hour period.

Poultry Glow
This is the trifecta of consumables! The Poultry Glow provides a 5% increase to Stamina, a 5% increase to Vivacity and a 5% increase to Vigor. This consumable can only be used on a Barnyard Bird or Duck once in a 24 hour period

Flu Shot
If your Barnyard Bird or Duck runs out of food, or if you leave it in your inventory it will become sick. Once your Barnyard Bird or Duck is sick it will take 4 days for it to eat its way out of sickness, or you can purchase a one-time use Flu Shot that will heal one Barnyard Bird or Duck instantly

Vivacity Corn
These one-time use Vivacity Corns will increase one of your bird’s or duck’s vivacity by 15%.

Beloved Bird
The Beloved Bird will make a Senior Bird or Duck so that it will not require food any more. All other normal functions for a Senior Bird or Duck will still operate normally. It only works for Senior Birds or Ducks (Senior = No more cycles remaining) and can be used for both male and female Senior Birds or Ducks.

These Consumables can be found in any of the Amaretto Barnyard Bird Stores. Please visit this link for a complete list of locations. http://amarettobreedables.com/pages/locations

Happy Barnyard Bird and Duck breeding!

Until next time!
