Let’s talk about   Bundles an Kennels that give the error  “NEVER_RECEIVED_MOTHER_COMMUNICATION”

This bundle or kennel  has a non viable UUID number.  When you file a ticket  on a bundle or kennel  the CSR’s ask you to send us the parents information because  the UUID is no good. We need it so we can look up and return to you the viable  bundle that the mother did have.

Please remember how important this is to know the parents of each
bundle or kennel. Have a great day and Happy Breeding

That is right today I have seen some people in the group talking about getting lots of emails from the Amaretto Website. After hearing about this we have looked into it and it does seem that the website is flushing the emails. We do want everyone to know that we are working on this currently and will have it fixed shortly. If things like this happen please remember we at Amaretto are always fixing and improving things and something like this is just a minnor issue that is being handled.

I also want to touch on the website itself for a moment. Don’t forget under the help tab if you click on Video Tutorials it will give you some nice videos to watch over including one on updating your horses 🙂

I know how to update do you?

Hey guys its Monday! What does that mean? Could we be one day closer to a big update?
I dunno and if I did I sure couldn’t say!

But never the less, I want all you breeders to be prepared for what may or may not come. So……
I made some simple “How to update your horse” videos. There are two new videos located under the Help section of the website.

One video on how to use the bulk updater and one on how to use the single updater.

Just want you guys to be ready if Amaretto should put out an updater someday……….

OH! I almost forgot did you know that we now have our own Youtube channel?? You didn’t? Well good thing you guys have me to keep you informed! Anyways take a look at all the how to videos I’ve been busy making and if you have any suggestions for future videos send me (Avalon Crystal) a note card in world labeled video tutorials with your idea.

Quick instructions on how to gain Kennel Cash and how to use Puppy Paradise.


How to Gain Points By Sending Your K-9 to Puppy Paradise: Simply click your K-9, click settings, click Puppy Paradise, then click yes. The number of Kennel Cash you received from the K-9 is posted in local chat.

Kennels may be sent to Puppy Paradise without birthing.




How to Use your Kennel Cash: Simply go to the any of our store locations and find the Puppy Paradise Vendor, Click the start button on the bottom right of the vendor. Your current amount of Kennel Cash will be displayed in local chat. After clicking the Start button and reviewing your Kennel Cash balance you have 60 seconds of reserved time to make a selection from the vendor. Once you have made your selection you will need to agree to spending that many points on that item. If you agree you will then receive your item from the vendor and the Kennel Cash will be deducted from your Puppy Paradise account. To make another purchase simply do it again.

The Puppy Paradise Kennel Cash Reward system will Reward you for your K-9s in the following way:

* Age:

* 0-10= 100 Kennel Cash

* 11-20=200 Kennel Cash

* 21-30=300 Kennel Cash

* 31-40=400 Kennel Cash

* 41-50=500 Kennel Cash

* 51-60=600 Kennel Cash

* 61-70=700 Kennel Cash

* 71-80=800 Kennel Cash

* 81-90=900 Kennel Cash

* 91-100=1000 Kennel Cash

* 101-110=1100 Kennel Cash

* 111-119=1200 Kennel Cash

* 120-125=1300 Kennel Cash

* 126 and older(Retired K-9s): 1400 Kennel Cash

* In addition to the above Kennel Cash you will also be rewarded the following for the traits on each K-9 sent to Puppy Paradise :

* non-starter eyes: +100 Kennel Cash

* Sheen (high or low): +100 Kennel Cash

* Radiance (high or low): +100 Kennel Cash

Who’s ya daddy?

This week I’m going to briefly talk about the importance of keeping track of parents of bundles/kennels. I’ve done a number of tickets this week where sadly I was unable to return broken bundles/kennels. So its a good topic to touch on…

Sometimes perhaps you might see in the description line of the bundle/kennel something like this:

:Bundle key nonexistent in database111125:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:197.39.22:0:0:0:0:V1.0:0:0

So you log on to the support site and file a ticket to have us fix the issue. One of the first things an Amaretto staff person is going to ask is:

Hello can you please provide the parental information for the Horse(s)/Bundle(s) such as UUID or name?

This is because through one or both of the parents we can find the necessary information in order to fix the issue and send back the bundle/kennel in question.

Its important that as soon as you see there is a problem with a bundle/kennel that you take down the parent information. This way you have it on hand when you’re asked for it. It will avoid the “I’m sorry I’m unable to further assist you”.

If your not the owner of the parents then you can always ask the person that sold you the bundle/kennel for the parent information.

Two things I’d like to STRESS big time is

1) Always name your breedables as this helps us track down some information if your unable to provide a UUID

and lastly

2) I can’t stress enough how important it is to know “Who’s ya Daddy” on your bundles/kennels.

Happy Thursday Everyone! I have seen quite a few people file tickets about duplicate horses/K9s. I would like to let everyone know why this happens and what you should do when it does!

This happens when there are two copies of a horse or K9 in world, this can happen due to lag, sim restarts, sim rollbacks, crashes, and even updating.

So your horse or K9 is duplicated what do I do now??

First file a ticket, be sure to include as much information as possible. The uuid of the horse or K9 is the best piece is information you could provide, so whenever possible please be sure to put it inside the ticket. Also, if you recently bought the horse or K9 please provide the full transaction record with date, time, region etc., for your purchase? This can be found on your dashboard on the website under transaction history.

When the CSR looks up the horse/K9 on the server if you do not show as owner of the horse or K9 we can’t return it to you! This is for all of our customer’s protection we don’t want anyone to just give us a uuid and say the horse or K9 is theirs when it’s really not!

Once you have filed a ticket, you will be asked to send in all copies of the duplicated horse/K9. When sending folders to the csr, make sure your name and ticket id is on the folder! Don’t send replies to tickets in IM or notecards, reply to your ticket in your ticket!
If you do the things I have talked about here your ticket will be answered quickly and it will be a smooth process for you and Amaretto CSR!!

The one time use Rawhide Lollipop will increase one
 of your K-9’s happiness by 15%.


1.Open boxed Rawhide Lollipop and rez next to the K-9
you wish to increase the happiness.
2.Click the K-9 and go to the consumables option
 on the menu.
3.Find Rawhide Lollipop from the options on the menu
and click it.

Once the K-9’s stats have been updated the Rawhide
Lollipop box will disappear.

Currently I have 2 videos posted, one on how to sign up on the main site, and one on the ticket system that tells how to file a ticket and how to reply to a ticket.

I hope to make many more “How-to-Videos” so if you have one you would like to see please send me a notecard in world. I will do my best to accommodate everyone and have easy “How-to-Videos” for new breeders to make the process of getting their feet wet with Amaretto easy and enjoyable.

Webmasters Corner

Hello everyone tonight I would like to talk about logging into the website/ticket system. AS some of you know the 2 sites are different log ins this was due to the way the software was created. Both systems use a different log in because of this and I want to help you figure out which one you are logging into tonight. when you go to up in the upper right there is a Sign in/Sign up button this is the prompt to log in or sign up to the main website ( everything except the ticket system ). When you go to the log in is slightly different its on the right hand side about halfway down the page. Remember that this is a separate log in from the main website and logging into one does not log you into the other. If you haven’t registered on the ticket system the register button is in the middle of the page just click it and fill out the form ( on the personal information we do not require or want any RL info in there please ). If for what ever reason you cant use your password or don’t get the activation email you can send me (Tmzasz Luminos) a Note Card in world with your email address and I will get back to you asap to help you get into the system you are having trouble with. I hope this helps clear up the confusion.
