Hello everyone! I hope everyone who celebrated this weekend had a safe wonderful time! Its Monday and so here I am to bring you some more information about the upcoming Summer Fest!
If you missed my first connection on this a few days ago you can read all about the exciting things that we will be doing in the month of July!
I am so excited to announce that I have added two more events for our Summer Fest Events!
We will be having Maximillion Kleene perform on July 13th, 2021! You guys are no stranger to Max we have had him perform for the Amaretto community many times and its always great!
I was also able to book a Rebel Yell Concert to be hosted on July 14th at 2 PM SLT! We always love their production and look forward to having a blast with the Amaretto community and Rebel Yell!
Now our week is booked in full with parties, live entertainment, fishing, and of course the OOAK Auction!

Amaretto has released many 4th of July traits through the years, so it was a tough choice to decide which ones to include today. So let’s start with the LEs, DEs, CEs, and SEs that have been released. These are some amazing animals.
2013 Limited Editions
On On July 1st, 2013 the very first Limited Edition 4th of July Horse came out. These LE’s could pass their eyes and their wings.
2015 Uncle Sam
In 2015, the K-9s and Barnyard Birds jumped into the celebration with their own Special Editions and Collector’s Editions. From June 22, 2015 until July 6, 2015, the horses, K-9s, and Barnyard Birds were available from Amaretto. All three of these had a chance to drop something very special.
Horses
So let’s start with the Horses. The Stars and Stripes Forever eye could pass and these LEs introduced a brand new trait as well with them passing the Red Ear Tip and the White Ear Tip.
K-9s
Not to be outdone by the horses, the k-9s also passed something very special. If you were very lucky, they were able to pass the The Patriot nose and their eyes.
Barnyard Birds
The Barnyard Bird Collector’s Editions could pass their eyes and gave a chance to get the amazing new Leg colors.
Although the Leg trait was not a new trait, this addition was a fantastic trait to add to your breeding.
2016 American Bald Eagle
In 2016, Amaretto released the amazing American Bald Eagle animals, which included the horses and k-9s and Barnyard Birds. There were on sale from June 27, 2016 to July 11, 2016 and they all could pass their eyes and an amazing special surprise.
Horses
The Horses were able to pass the amazing new trait, Leg Gems, which add a special touch to your breeding and there have been some amazing creations made using this trait. The American Eagle eye DID have the ability to pass.
K-9s
The K-9s would not allow the horses to have all the fun so they had their own special edition version of the Uncle Sam Horse. These amazing little puppies did pass their eyes and collars.
The K-9s also really admired the Horses nice new Leg Gems and requested that the Amaretto artists create some for them so the artists agreed and created these amazing Leg Gems for the puppies.
Barnyard Birds
And now on to the birds, they really didn’t want to be left out of the fun and brought these amazing collectors editions. They did pass their eyes but also gave out a special treat for those who bred them.
Their amazing birds could pass the new Gem Garnet and Gem Sapphire Beak traits, these are two of the most amazing Beak colors that are out there.
2017 Celebrate Independence
In July 2017, Amaretto got into the spirit of Independence Day and brought out a special animal for all four breedables, including the new Ponie Pals who had just broken out of their barns.
Horses
These great horses came racing into Second Life giving everyone who bred them a chance to get the new Celebrate Saddle.
K-9s
Barking right along side the horses were these adorable puppies, who could barely stop their excitable tail wagging to pass their eyes, collars and a special surprise. Their eyes and collars DID have the ability to pass.
Their special surprise was a new Dipped Ear Celebrate.
Barnyard Birds
Not to be left out, these Barnyard Birds came with their own version of this special released. These did stay with the same Stars and strips and the rest though. Their eyes and a special hidden surprise would pass.
The birds could give you a very special Wing Celebrate for their surprise.
Ponie Pals
And since the Ponie Pals had just been released a month earlier they could not be left out of this celebration. However, since ponies do like to do their own thing (might be all the sugar in them), they had to have a slightly different design. Just like with the other animals, the eyes could pass and they were able to give out a very special surprise.
The Ponie Pals decided they were going to go big with their second Deluxe Edition and thought it would be a fun idea to have Celebrate Wings!!
So these are the LEs, SEs, CEs and DEs that Amaretto has released throughout the years but don’t forget there are many Random Drops that are also done on holidays including the 4th of July but that would have to be in another Connection.
Good luck with the special random drops today, so far they have been amazing!!

Today the spotlight is shining on the Beak Color trait for our Barnyard Birds!
The Beak Color trait comes from breeding “Starter Breeds” together or 1 starter with any other bird. Please note that this trait CAN be passed on.
On June 8, 2012 Amaretto held an Auction For a Cure, the one of a kind Red/Black Campine Barnyard Bird sold for a record breaking 120,000 linden! This Barnyard bird had the ability to pass it’s Onyx Leg and Onyx Beak!
On October 1st, 2013 Amaretto celebrated Fall with 2013 Collectors Edition Fall Birds!Any breeding of these 2013 Collectors Edition Fall Birds gave a chance at getting a hidden surprises! These surprises were the Granite Beak and Granite Leg!
On February 10, 2014 Amaretto celebrated Valentines with 22014 Valentines Barnyard Bird!Any breeding of these 2014 Valentines Barnyard Bird gave a chance at getting a hidden surprises! These surprises were the Sunstone Beak and Sunstone Leg!
On October 24, 2014 Amaretto celebrated Halloween with 2014 Collectors Edition Halloween Barnyard Birds!Any breeding of these 2014 Collectors Edition Halloween Barnyard Birds gave a chance at getting a hidden surprises! These surprise was the bloody beak!
On December 16, 2014 Amaretto released the Amaretto 2014 Holiday Barnyard Birds at all Amaretto Locations! By breeding any of this year’s holiday Barnyard Birds with any other Barnyard Bird you may find the hidden surprises they hold!These surprise was the Azurite and Cuprite Beak!
On August 3, 2015 Amaretto released Summer Editions! Hiding in these Summer editions were Malachite, Rhodonite, and Pearl Beaks!
On September 12th 2015 until September 26th 2015 Amaretto sold Fall Editions, hidden in these animals was the Golden Glitter Beak!
On October 16th, 2015 Amaretto wanted to celebrate Halloween with some 2015 Halloween Collectors Edition Birds, hiding in these were the Toxic Slime Beak!
On November 20, 2015 Amaretto wanted to send prayers and warm wishes to our CSR Maleficent Farshore with a Maleficent styled beak! This beak is random from any breeding of the Barnyard Birds and will be available until the 25th of November.
On November 26, 2015 Amaretto wanted to celebrate Thanksgiving Day 2015 by releasing a random drop beak! This beak was available for 24 hours on November 26, 2015.
On December 18,2015 Amaretto celebrated Christmas by releasing Holiday Edition Barnyard Birds. You could get a chance at the new Platinum Blue Beak from any breeding of these Holiday Edition Birds!
On June 27, 2016 Amaretto celebrated Fourth of July with 2016 Independence Day Edition Barnyard Birds! By breeding 2016 Independence Day Edition together you got a chance of having a Gem Sapphire or Gem Garnet Beak!
On October 21, 2016 to November 4, 2016 Amaretto sold the Retro 2016 Halloween Edition Barnyard Birds ! You could get a chance at the new Candy Corn or Spiderweb Beak color from any breeding!
On March 3, 2017 Amaretto celebrated St. Patrick’s Day with some St. Patrick’s Day Birds! You could get a chance at a Kelly and Clover Beak from any breeding.
On Nov 10th until November 24th, 2017 Amaretto celebrated Fall with 2017 Limited Edition Fall Edition Barnyard Birds! The following beak colors were hiding in them Gem Topaz and Gem Onyx!
On February 14, 2018 Amaretto celebrated Valentines day with random drop Valentines traits! One of these traits was the Beak Color Hugs & Kisses! You only had 24 hours on Valentines Day for your ponies to drop the Beak Color Hugs & Kisses!
On March 20th, 2018 to Tuesday April 3, 2018!Amaretto released Spring Editions hiding in these animals was the Walnut & Cherry Beak!
On July 4, 2018 Amaretto celebrated Independence day with traits that randomly dropped for 24 hours the Independence Beak Color was one of the random traits!
On July 12, 2019 Amaretto held the Amaretto Country Fair and and unveiled the fifth Bird in the line of Seven Deadly Sins. This bird was hiding the Indolence beak Color!
On July 12, 2019 Amaretto held the Amaretto Country Fair and and unveiled the fifth Bird in the line of Seven Heavenly Virtues. This bird was hiding the Intensity beak Color!
On Sept 19th, 2019 Amaretto released 2019 International Day of Peace animals, hiding in the Chicken was the Peace Beak Color!
On December 13, 2019 Amaretto celebrated the 2019 Holidays with 2019 Christmas Collectors Editions with these 2 amazing Birds! These birds were hiding the beak color Christmas Plaid!
On February 14, 2020 Amaretto celebrated Valentines Day with a random drop Happy Valentines 2020 beak color!
On July 4, 2019 Amaretto celebrate Independence Day with a random drop beak color Liberty!
On Feb.10,2021 In honor of Valentines Day Amaretto has brought to you Mr. Wright & Mrs. Wright, Hiding in these horses was beak color Gem Diamond & Gem Turquoise!
I was just pouring a batch of cherry plum jam, and it made me think of what plum or purple colored side traits we have in Amaretto Breedables. In horses alone there are dozens of purple eyes beginning with the starter Plum eye. Then purple eyes from the Dazzke eyes, Rune eyes, Star Night and Star Bright eyes, Birthstone Flower eyes, Zodiac eyes, a few in Awareness and Appreciation eyes,the LEs, Vapor Waves, Gachas, even Craved and Coveted. That is a whole lotta eyes with purple coloring, not necessarily with purple or plum in each name. And the wonderful thing is, they can all pass!
As for other purple traits, we have Coat and Hair Haze, Plum Hoof Paint, Plumeria Socks, Ice Wine, Silver/Purple, Trust, Endowment, Ice Wine Nightfall, and Mardi Gras wings. Add in the purple bridle, Silver/Purple horn, Purple People Eater, Glitter Amethyst and Endowment horns. The Reflection Nebula Gem Crown horn is purple, as is one of the newest horns, the Gachacorn Green/Purple. We have an Amethyst Dazzle saddle, Disdain saddle, Purple saddle and the Celtic Knot blanket. Purple Ear Tips, and the Lilac Bow Head Piece. And that’s just the horses!
In dogs, you have Purple Glitz eyes, Metallic Cyber Grape, again Rune Tanzanite, Purp Fizz and Electro Purp Fizz, Audacity, Aquarius and Pisces Amethyst eyes, Classic, Diamond, Rockstar, Spiked Iris collars, Fishing Line Iris Audacity and Zodiac collars. Lilac Tint is a beautiful purple, then Grape nose and Grape spotted, Paw Polish Ice Wine, Paw Warmer Purple Heart, Looney Leg Ribbon Lilac, Leg Gem Amethyst, Dipped Ear Purple and Maleficent, Crown Gem Reflection Nebula and the tags, Bone Paw Flower Heart and Star Grape.
Ponie Pals have Starpower Violet, Rune Tanzanite, 2018 Mardi Gras Krewe King, 2018 Astronomy Day Andromeda, 2021 Kyrin Metamorphosis, 2019 Gacha Heliotrope, 2021 Gachacorn Green/Purple eyes, Sweetpea wings and horn, and Bow Lilac
Amaretto Chickens have purple eyes, purple beaks and Batty Bosoms, Purple Flower wings, purple legs including the Maleficent leg, named after our beloved staff member, purple Whacky Wattles, and the Panic shade. The ducks have Orchid Flower and Splatter Purple eyes, Beachy and Grape beaks and Grape Legs.

Hello everyone! Its a great Thursday here at Amaretto and I have some major announcements to tell you all about!
The month of July will be very busy for Amaretto! I am so happy to announce two awesome things that you guys have all been asking and wondering about!
Its time for Summer Fest! Thats right ever summer Amaretto host a week long event that will include parties, live music, games, and we will end the week off with a HUGE OOAK Acution!
Summer Fest this year will kick off on July 12th, with a big party where I will DJ! We will have a blast! We are still adding to our Calendar of Summer Fest events so keep you eye out for some additions as we get closer to the week long event!
The Summer Fest OOAK Auction will be on July 16th at 5 PM SLT! As always we will have the OOAK animals out on display with bid boards so anyone can get in on the fun! The opening bid on the day of the Auction will be the highest bid on the bid board! I can not wait for Summer Fest its always a blast so get Ready!
The next BIG announcement is the 2021 ARU Graduation! Yes, some of you guys have been hard at work and now its your time to celebrate! The ARU Graduation will be on July 30th @ 11 AM! I will be posting more details about who is graduating and how if your just missing 2 or less classes you can get in on the fun!!
We also have to game events this month Wheel of Fortune on July 6th @ 1 PM SLT and Greedy on July 21st @ 1 PM!
Don’t forget the Community meeting now every last Tuesday of the month at 1 PM SLT!
