In June 2019, Honey Bees started swarming second life, when Amaretto introduced the Craved Honey Bees. Let’s take a look at the smallest of the Honey Bees that were released….The Ponie Pals!!
You could get these little buzzing Ponies with some luck by breeding together any Cinnamon Bandits, Yellowie Fabs or any Star Goldens. They had to give a basket between June 1, 2019 and June 30, 2019 to have a chance to drop one of three little Bees.
These coats do pass!! So why not get out there and make a hive of Honey Bees ponies today!!
Also, to add to the sweetness of this Ponie, why not add a Bumblebee eye which came from the 2018 OOAK Bumbleebee Ponie Pal.
Hello everyone and Happy Saturday! I hope your weekend is off to a great start!
It’s almost time for the next AMOC BunKenNestKet Hunt!! That’s right less than a week away!
The hunt begins on Friday, September 10th at 2 PM (SLT)! We’ll have crayons in an array of colors hidden across the grid on 20 member sims!
The hunt will be limited to members of the Amaretto Market Owners’ Coalition Group. This is an invite-only group. If you would like to join, simply contact any AMOC Officer or Amaretto Moderator for an invite! You MUST make your request BEFORE the hunt begins as the group is closed. Group joins will not be given out once the hunt starts!
The hunt will end on Sunday, September 12th at 10 AM (SLT).
REMEMBER TO REZ EVERYTHING YOU FIND BECAUSE YOU MAY HAVE ONE OF THE HIDDEN PRIZES!!!
Donations Are Appreciated!
Did you know that all AMOC activities are generated solely by donations? Yep, they are and we sincerely appreciate any unused bundles, kennels, nests, and/or baskets you can donate.
When you rez your Amaretto Breedables foods and salt/chew toys/orange rinds/gummies, you may have noticed in the menu that it has options for Owner, Group, and All. These settings are so you can share them with others if you want to, or keep them only for animals you own. The default setting when first rezzed is for Owner only, which means only your own breedables can use it. If you want to share your food or salt with others you can set it to Group, then make sure the other animals are rezzed in the same group. Only those animals in that group can use it. Finally, if you set it to All, anyone can rez their animals in range and use your consumables. This might not seem like a good idea, but sometimes very nice people have found a hungry animal and rezzed a food set to All so it doesn’t get sick. If you check the description line on the consumables it will show what setting it is on.
The range you have your breedables set to will determine where you place the consumables. If they are set to movement off it is easy, just rez the food next to them. Their default range is 5 meters. If they are sharing it with others set it in the middle so all can reach it. If movement is on, rez the breedable next to the food and whatever the range is, that’s their home. They can wander around but always have the consumables inside their range. Think of the range as a circle, and home is the center of that circle. Whatever is inside that circle they can reach. This also works with breeding so watch where you rez your breeders, as any overlap of the circles from others means you can get Oops breedings.
Sometimes it may seem like your breedables are not using the consumables. The percentage left will show accurately if you touch the item. If they seem like they aren’t eating, then try rerezzing both the breedable and the consumables. Rerezzing can fix a lot of issues. Remember, it takes 3 days for a horse/dog/bird to get hungry enough to turn sick, 5 days for a Ponie Pal, so if you run out of food don’t panic. You have time to get more. If all else fails and they do get sick, you can feed Amaretto Horses K9s and Barnyard Birds well by setting food out. It takes 3 days for them to eat themselves well, during which time you can’t wake them, or give them snacks or other consumables except a healing kit/vaccination/flu shot. Ponie Pals can’t be fed well however, they will need the Noodle Soup which heals them instantly. Unlike the food and salt, Noodle Soup can only be given to your own Ponies, as you need to be the owner to access the menu.
Now that you are armed with all this information, get out there and have fun! Happy Breeding
