Oct.21,2015Yesterday I had the pleasure of interviewing Ashtonsky Resident. Below are the questions I asked and his awesome answers.
Q.When did you first start being an auctioneer?
A Ashtonsky Resident: January of this year
Q.What made you decide to be an auctioneer?
A. Ashtonsky Resident: i have more than one answer but the biggest was because i wanted to provide a speed auction for patrons
Q. When you first started auctioneering , what breedable were you auctioning for?
A. Ashtonsky Resident: Amaretto Horses
Q. What is your favorite type of auction to call?
A. Ashtonsky Resident: Speed
Q.What do you feel makes a good auctioneer?
A. Ashtonsky Resident: Knowledge of breedables, Treating each patron with respect, showing interest in selling a breedable regardless of value or traits
Q. What is the funniest thing that has ever happen to you when calling an auction?
A. Ashtonsky Resident: I died laughing because i called the traits all wrong and could not stop at all, i actually laughed the last portion of the entire auction, you know i cannot remember exactly but more than likely i called something very wrong and died laughing. I do get a bit nervous calling especially when i know there are people here judging what i do and based on how i call will either come back or not.
You can tell by his answers that he really enjoys being an Auctioneer
