Amaretto Breedables Customer Connection

We have released the K-9 Fix Updater v2.2 at every K-9 store today Feb 1, 2016. Please remember to read the notecards enclosed before updating. This is a fix update ONLY, there are no new things coming from this update, it is just to fix issues with the previous update but it is still mandatory. I will post the info from the notecards below.

AFTER MONDAY FEBRUARY 15, 2016 WE WILL NO LONGER PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR AMARETTO K-9S THAT ARE NOT V2.2***K-9S MUST BE UPDATED TO V2.2 TO FUNCTION PROPERLY! (See notecard **AMARETTO MANDATORY 2.2 UPDATE INFORMATION**K-9S included in updater box for more information)

Somethings you need to know about the updater:

**IF THE BULK UPDATER DOESN’T UPDATE ALL YOUR K-9S, RE-REZ THE K-9 AND TRY IT AGAIN, YOU MAY ALSO USE THE SINGLE UPDATER FOR K-9S THE BULK UPDATER DOES NOT UPDATE**

1. It will not work if there is more than one updater out. It gives you a message that there are 2 updaters out please remove one. If you continue to try and update your K-9 It will give you another error message and have you pick one updater up and reset the other. (touch and wait 5 seconds to reset)

2. The updater will not work on sims with a high load. Dilation needs to be above .65 and region fps must be above 25 for the updater to work. You will get an error message that says the sim dilation is too low, we have enclosed a sim monitor that will display these values for you. Just rez on your sim next to the updater.

Update Instructions:

Single Updater: Place the updater near the K-9 that isn’t updated and click the K-9 and click the update button. The K-9 will be updated and the settings will be the same as before the update process. ***DO NOT PICK UP K-9S OR THE UPDATER UNTIL IT HAS COMPLETED THE UPDATE PROCESS***

Bulk Updater: Place the bulk updater in the middle of your K-9 breeding area, click the updater and adjust the settings you want your K-9s to be set to after the update process, then click the update K-9s button on the updater menu. Do not remove the updater until it has completed updating all K-9s and the hover text above the updater reads FINISHED. ***DO NOT PICK UP K-9S OR THE UPDATER UNTIL IT HAS COMPLETED THE UPDATE PROCESS***

Update v2.2 is MANDATORY. K-9S will no longer function properly if they are not updated to v2.2 by February 15, 2016. Below are some F.A.Q. regarding this MANDATORY update.

Q: What do you mean by “not function properly”?
A: ALL versions that are not v2.2 will no longer produce viable offspring. Meaning any kennel produced by all versions that are not v2.2 will have the text BAD_DATA_NO_PARENTS and will not birth.

Q: If I do not update my K-9s before the deadline and I get a kennel that says BAD_DATA_NO_PARENTS can I get that kennel fixed?
A: No. That kennel can not be fixed, that is why you must update your K-9s before the deadline of February 15, 2016.

Q: If I do not want to update my K-9s and I have to file a support ticket due to duplicate, lost or broken K-9s, will they come back to me at their original version?
A: No. All K-9s/kennels that go through our support system will return to you at the most current version and will not breed with older versions.
