Happy Friday Everyone!! Hope everyone having a good breeding day!
Since I have done the horses and K-9s this week I am going to tell about the Amaretto Barnyard Bird and to do if they get sick.
Amaretto Ranch Breedables suggests that you have only 8 Barnyard Birds to one food and orange rind. Considering that 1 Barnyard Birds eats one food in a month, if you put 50 Barnyard Birds to 1 food it could be asking for problems.
1. Re-rez fixes 99% of the issues.
2. If the land is set to a group, are the breedables and food set to that group? Some sims have it set that no scripts can run unless they are set to the right group as the land.
3. If the land isn’t set to a group, then check that the breedables and food are set to the same group as each other. So often the food is in one group and the breedable in another. The food is set to feed only those in the same group and before you know it you have sick breedables
4. Check to see if the breedable is set to the type of food out (You can check this in their More Stats)
5. Re-set home position.
Here is a little chart you can remember as to how many breedable foods you can go through with x amount of Barnyard Bird.
1 Barnyard Bird ~ 1 food/4 weeks
2 Barnyard Bird ~ 1 food/2 weeks
4 Barnyard Bird ~ 1 food/7 days
7 Barnyard Bird ~ 1 food/4 days
8 Barnyard Bird ~ 2 food/7 days
14 Barnyard Bird ~ 1 food/2 days
28 Barnyard Bird ~ 1 food/day
56 Barnyard Bird ~ 2 food/day
84 Barnyard Bird ~ 3 food/day
112 Barnyard Bird ~ 4 food/day
If you notice that your Barnyard Bird’s hardiness is on the decline it’s time to take some action to prevent your Barnyard Bird from going sick. Once your Barnyard Bird reaches 0% Hardiness it is now sick and will need to recover.
If your Barnyard Bird reaches 0% Hardiness it will take 4 days for your Barnyard Bird to recover on food and or a flu shot will be required for faster results.
But let’s not let it get to that point. If you see your Barnyard Bird is at say 90% hardiness, it’s time to swing into action! First thing is to double check all the things mentioned above. If all of that looks correct, try picking your Barnyard Bird up into inventory and then rezzing it out again. Sometimes that’s all it takes. However sometimes your Barnyard Bird is not eating because there is no food available or within range. Be sure to double check that you have food out and it’s within range. If all is good! Awesome!
This brings us to the Flu Shot Amaretto Ranch Breedables offers. This shot is particularly useful if you want to get a Barnyard Bird to recover instantly. These are sold at all Amaretto Ranch Breedables Barnyard Bird Stores and if you have enough Henny Pennies you can purchase these shots via Bird Sanctuary Vendors at all Amaretto Ranch Barnyard Bird stores.
All you have to do is rez the Flu Shot nearby your sick Barnyard Bird, click your Barnyard Bird, select consumables and select Flu Shot. Before your eyes your Barnyard Bird will go from sick back to perfect health.
Remember to check all the above so you’re Amaretto Barnyard Birds stay happy & not get sick.
Until next week Happy Breeding!!!
