Amaretto Ticket System

This week I wanted to tell you all about filing tickets and how to do it !!
First I tell you where to go to file a ticket

This is where you can create a new account or log in on your account that you created.
Remember to always include your full Second Life name as this helps the CSR to get your breedable back to you as quickly as possible.
Include your transaction if you have purchased a breedable and it has become duplicated . Remember Amaretto has no control on breedables or consumables duplicating but we can fix them 🙂
When you have a missing breedable or bundle, nest , kennel please be sure to add as much information as you can such as uuid , name or even parents information. This is where naming your breedables comes in good.
Be sure to check your ticket as the CRS will response to you as the next step .
Add your breedable in a folder and name the folder. Never send a breedable without it being in a folder as the CSR does not know whom it came from, so always remember to put it in a folder with your name and ticket number am send it to the CSR that responded to your ticket.
Your ticket will be closed if not responded to in 3 days !!
Remember , if you are not showing as owner of a breedable on our servers we can not return it to you. This means do not file tickets for others or friends.
Remember to follow this rules for the ticket system !
ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR OF ANY KIND WILL NOT BE TOLERATED AND YOUR TICKET WILL BE CLOSED WITH POSSIBLE LOSS OF SUPPORT PRIVILEGES.
Ok there you go!! You should not have any problems filing a ticket with Amaretto.
