Ticket Tips!

Hey guys its a terrific Tuesday! I wanted to tell all of you about the importance of following instructions when filing a ticket.

Following the CSR instruction in your ticket ensure that your issue will be resolved in a timely manner.

If you have an issue you will need to file a ticket on the Amaretto Support Site. If you have not signed up on the ticket system you will need to go here and register on this website.

If you are still unable to file your ticket please a note card to or contact in world Avalon Crystal.

Please remember the following when you are using the ticket system:

Only send your broken breedable in a folder with your name AND your ticket id!
Please read your Staff response and send ONLY to the CORRECT Staff member.
Be sure to respond to any questions that the Staff may ask
Be prepared to put transaction history or a SLURL in your ticket!
Only file tickets for your breedables, not your partner, friends, or kids!
Always login and check for a response to your ticket, if we receive no response for over 3 days your ticket will be closed.
When your breedable is sent back look for a folder named: Amaretto Breedable(s) from (Josaphine Cooperstone/ Avalon Crystal / Jaymee Caproni) – REPAIRED
