From July 1st 2017 until July 31st 2017 when you breed any horse with a Water Lily Ruby Eye to any color Lipizzan you will have the chance at a Water Lily Ruby Lipizzan!
The Water Lily Ruby Lipizzan coat DOES NOT have the ability to pass but that Ruby Water Lilly sure does!

For the month of July 1 until June 31st, 2017 if you breed any K-9 with the Cancer Ruby eye with any color Husky you will get a chance at an Cancer Husky!
The Cancer Husky DOES NOT have the ability to pass, but Zodiac Cancer Eye and Collar DO have the ability to pass.
