Amaretto Breedables Customer Connection

Did you know that by using the K9 HUD, you can play fetch with your Amaretto K9? And that playing fetch helps raise its happiness? How do I play fetch with my Amaretto dog you might ask. Funnily enough, I have that answer.

First select a dog to use, make sure its awake, then turn on movement. If you don’t already have a HUD, click the dog menu/help/get HUD.

After attaching the HUD, click the dog’s menu/ HUD, then click connect on the HUD. It should change to connected and the dog’s name will appear over the connected part.

Click the green Get Ball button – This will send a ball to your objects.
Wear the Ball – it will attach to your hand
Click Ball to set range for the distance at which the ball will be thrown. You can choose from 20, 40, 60, or 100 meters. Make sure you don’t throw it off your own land or your dog might disappear!
Click the Fetch button on your HUD
You will see the mouse look button at the bottom of your screen click that to go into mouse look
Aim where you want to throw the ball and left click your mouse to throw the ball.
Your K-9 will run and retrieve the ball and bring it back to you as you will see it back in your hand and you can throw it again and again while your K-9 retrieves it for you.

One of the benefits of playing fetch or even just attaching the dog to the HUD is that they receive an incremental boost in happiness. When you are done playing with that K9 just click disconnect, and pick up your dog. Remember to rez the dog back by it’s food and reset home. You can only wear and connect one dog at a time to the HUD for playing fetch, but isn’t this more fun than just tossing the dog a chew toy?
