Today’s trending topic is BLING! Everyone loves a little bling bling in their lives. We dress, decorate, accentuate…..maybe over compensate (is there really such a thing?) in bling bling gems.
Jewels and gems are the treasures of men. Kings and Queens have adorn their garments, crowns and palaces with sparkling baubles of all kinds. Which started the whole trend of BLING!
Just recently I have learned that some chickens…..yes I said chickens have found some gems of their own! These trending little chickens are cock a doo a doodling with gem beaks of all things!
I must say that Amaretto was quite clever in trying to hide these gems but apparently the chicken breeders found out that if you breed certain collector editions these hidden gems could be found. Its like finding hidden treasure, a pirates booty….argggg?
Here is what I found out by digging around the Amaretto Archives:
On June 27, 2016 Amaretto celebrated Fourth of July with 2016 Independence Day Edition Barnyard Birds! By breeding 2016 Independence Day Edition together you got a chance of having a Gem Sapphire or Gem Garnet Beak!
On Nov 10th until November 24th, 2017 Amaretto celebrated Fall with 2017 Limited Edition Fall Edition Barnyard Birds! The following beak colors were hiding in them Gem Topaz and Gem Onyx!
On Feb.10,2021 In honor of Valentines Day Amaretto has brought to you Mr. Wright & Mrs. Wright, Hiding in these horses was beak color Gem Diamond & Gem Turquoise!
These beautiful beaks do in fact pass! So if you want to add a little bling to your chicken there are six gem beaks to help you. Maybe you and your blinged out chicken can watch breakfast at Tiffany’s together?!? Your Chicken will be “Tiffany” worthy!
