Spotlight on the 5.0 Update! We are so excited that we were able to release the 5.0 Horse update back on Wednesday September 3, 2014! Oh wait that was just yesterday! Things have been so crazy since the release it feels like a week has gone by LOL.  I can’t wait for the community to start discovering the, oh wait I can’t tell you that.  Well it will be nice when you finally get to see the, oh wait darn can’t tell you that either!  Okay how’s this take my word for it there are some pretty cool things coming!!

I wanted to remind everyone that even though the food and salt have changed in appearance nothing else has changed with them, they are still the same as they have always been.  Also I should remind you to be sure to read the update notecards completely and have a look at Maleficent’s blog from yesterday they both contain some very important information regarding this 5.0 Horse update.

Another big reminder is that updating your horse to the current version will fix the issues you were having with any 4.0 horses. We do not support any older version horses so it’s always best to update your breedables.  You may pick up a free updater and any Amaretto Store and do not need to file a ticket to have them fixed.  If for some unforeseen reason you do update a horse and it does not fix the issue then you would need to file a ticket, but update first for sure.

One of the big topics in group seems to be about the unused food/consumables exchange.  I am going to share with you what we are asking for in the tickets you submit for this.

In order for us to assist you in the exchange of any unconsumed food/consumables we need you to provide us with your transaction history for any unconsumed food/consumables for the past 30 days (August 3 – Sept 3). We also need you to rez any unconsumed food/consumables in world and provide a SLURL for us to teleport and see them. Unused Food/Consumables does not need to be rezzed individually if they are in an auto-feeder we can see them from the contents tab and boxed items can just be rezzed on the ground unopened.

If you did not include all this information in your original ticket you can go back in the ticket system and update that ticket with the information.  Please do not file another ticket for the same issue and do not sent notecards to the CSR’s in world as they are super busy and need all communication to be recorded in your original ticket.
