I know you all are excited about the new Horse Update 5.0!!
We at Amaretto are here to help you in any way we can during this new update!
Amaretto also has Moderators in the groups to help you out in any way they can, so if you needing help of any kind please ask in the groups.
The Staff at Amaretto are working as fast as we can to get to your tickets and get them resolved in a timely manner. The food exchange tickets are being handled as fast as possible and in order received. To give you an idea of how things are working, once you file the ticket a staff member will be coming to the SLURL you provide us in the ticket and checking your items. Once your counts are verified, JJ Cerna and you will be receiving your replacement food/consumables from JJ Cerna.

Please do NOT send notecards to the CSR’s put all the information in your original ticket. If you missed putting something in your ticket you can go back in and add information to the ticket you already have filed.

Remember the mods are in the group around the clock so if you have any questions please go into one of the Amaretto groups and you’re sure to find an answer to lots of questions in there!

If you are not a member of at least one Amaretto group already you can join by going to the group joiner boards at any Amaretto store and join any or all the groups you wish.
