When you file a ticket for a missing breedable, (horse, k-9, bird, bundle, kennel, nest), it is impossible for us to know which breedable is missing if you do not know the name of the breedable or the UUID number. It is so important that you name your breedable. It only takes a few minutes to name them and it will help us find the breedable if it goes missing.
When you file tickets for duplicated breedables, it is important that if you recently purchased this breedable or passed it to someone else that you include the transaction history showing the purchase or passing. We can not fix a breedable and return it to you if we show that the breedable is owned by someone else.
On occasions you may have an issue that will require us to come see your breedable inworld.
When we do ask you for the SLURL to where your breedable is located, be sure that we have access to go on the land.
Recently I have received folders with items sent in clusters.
When items are sent in clusters I have no way of knowing how many items are in that cluster, or what the items may be. Please Do Not send items in clusters. Also be careful when you do take in clustered items, you can cluster too many and when you go to re rez them they will not uncluster and then you will have to file with LL to get them unclustered.
If you send a object to someone, they receive it in their objects folder. Please Do Not send CSR’s things that drop into our object folder as they can get lost or misplaced. This is why we ask you to put all items and notes in a folder, labeled with your SL Name and the Ticket Number.
Until next time Happy Breeding!!!!
