Well Santa Josie was spotted earlier today and i am here to give you the secret location of the gifts.

There is a catch! Have you been naughty or nice? These gifts are for our ACTIVE breeders ONLY! Its our way to show our support for our customers!

Hello everyone! Its a Manic Monday! I wanted to take sometime to show off this months Coveted Circlet Horse! I am in love with this horse and I see the light!

How do you get one? Starting December 1, 2020 at 12:01 AM until December 31, 2020 11:59 PM any time you breed the following qualifiers together you have the opportunity to get a awesome surprise!

Horses
The qualifiers are one parent must have a Gold Bridle and the other must be one of the following coats:
Overo Gold
Golden Rabicano
Gold Roan
Gold Grulla

Remember that the coat on the Coveted Circlet Light does NOT have the ability to pass but the Ray eye and the Coveted Circlet Light Horn DOES have the ability to pass!

Today I want to shine the light on the Galaxy Horses!

Amaretto celebrated our 2nd Birthday on September 1, 2012 and to honor this occasion the Galaxy horses were revealed!

The Galaxy Horses can be randomly birthed by breeding together any two horses that have Galaxy Eyes.

Amaretto celebrated our 8th Birthday on September 1, 2018 and to honor this occasion 5 Galaxy horses were revealed Uranus, Mercury, Neptune, Sun, and Venus!

There are 12 different Galaxy Horses available:

• Galaxy Cosmic
• Galaxy Earth
• Galaxy Jupiter
• Galaxy Mars
• Galaxy Mystic
• Galaxy Pluto
• Galaxy Saturn
• Galaxy Uranus
• Galaxy Mercury
• Galaxy Neptune

• Galaxy Venus

Galaxy Horses can NOT pass their coat. However breeding a Galaxy Horse with another Galaxy Horse or with any other horse with Galaxy Eyes you will slightly increase your chance for another Galaxy Horse.

What is the craziest or funniest name you have ever given one of your Amaretto Breedables? I have used famous names like Robert Shaw for the 2017 Shark LE, funny names like Let Me A** You a Question for my Haven Donkey , names that mention a specific trait like Limewire for the 2020 Cyberpunk Edition – Limewire Green Cyberpunk. Even the non keepers get a name, and I never pick up a bundle without naming it, except for those I am donating to the AMOC hunts because they rename them all the default one.

Why is it important to rename your breedables and their drops? Well for one thing it’s fun coming up with interesting, funny or meaningful names. But a very good reason for renaming them is to help Amaretto if they get lost. It is easier to find something in the database with a specific name if you don’t have the UUID, than if it’s just “Amaretto Breedable Horse”. The same goes for looking for them in your inventory. If you name them something you will remember it’s much easier to find them using search. And what about those important bundles, kennels, nests or baskets for the monthly projects? You might spend days searching markets for what you need, only to find out later you had them all the time in your own folders, which is where naming them for a specific trait or coat comes in handy. Don’t forget you can also add what gender they are to the name. Remember the days of birthing bundle after bundle looking for a male? Now all you need is the letter M in the name to know right away what it is, since Amaretto gave us the ability to tell before birthing.

Now get out there and name those breedables, maybe use the cast of your favorite TV show! Happy Breeding.

Hello everyone! I hope that everyone is having a good day! We are almost thru the week! I wanted to take some time to make sure that everyone got invited to the Amaretto Christmas Jubilation!

Whats a Christmas Jubilation well its Christmas party! This event is on December 16, 2020 it starts at 2 O’clock with a live singer Inkaku Capalini! After that I will DJ for an hour! This is a Formal event!!

We will have lots of fun, there will be prizes, some great music. It will be a great way to celebrate the holidays with Amaretto! I hope to see you all there!

What am I talking about? Amaretto is opening the doors and inviting you guys into the creative process that Amaretto goes through each time we do an Limited Edition!

How do you submit your design?

Well if you have an idea or if you conjure up your own design in ps, gimp, paint, whatever program you use. All you have to do is start your own topic on this forum post:

Hello everyone its another manic Monday here at Amaretto! I wanted to take a few moments to show off some new things that have happened this month!

The first one is the constellation eye for the month of December!
Say hello to the new Sagittarius eye! This eye has only been available since the 1st of December have you seen any around?

Remember this eye does have the ability to pass!

Sagittarius is the ninth astrological sign, which is associated with the constellation Sagittarius and spans 240–270th degrees of the zodiac. Under the tropical zodiac, the sun transits this sign between approximately November 23 and December 21. Greek mythology associates Sagittarius with the centaur Chiron, who mentored Achilles, a Greek hero of the Trojan War, in archery.

Hello and Happy Saturday everyone! I hope you are enjoying your day and your weekend is off to a great start!

Today the spotlight is shining on the Brandings trait for our horses!

The branding trait comes from breeding “Starter Coats” together or one starter with any other horse and CAN be passed on with the exception of the Amaretto Branding which is limited to the Show Horse only and can NOT pass on.

You could also get a Null Branding – a Null trait is an “Invisible trait”, a placeholder. These placeholders were implemented as a way to allow the breeder to have a maximum trait horse but still look the way they want it to look.

Additionally we have some Random Brandings as shown below. Please note that these brandings CAN be passed on with the exception of the Amaretto Branding.

The Amaretto Branding is limited to the Show Horse only and can NOT pass on.

Did you know your Amaretto ducks can swim? If you have access to Linden water, you can turn on movement and animations, set them down in it and they will swim back and forth. Sorry, it doesn’t work in prim water. They will walk under water in that case, as long as they can hold their breath.

Another thing to know, is that they can use some of the Amaretto chicken products. That’s right, they can use the flu shots, poultry glow, potency seeds, and vivacity corn, and even the Beloved Bird!

Ducks also use the same incubator as chickens. It’s the 3.0/1.1 version available free at the bird food stores. And thanks to the last bird update, it no longer takes an hour to hatch the nests, only a few minutes.

Ducks are also like the chickens in that one food lasts one bird 4 weeks, 2 birds 2 weeks and so on. Their hardiness should also be at or near 100%. You can breed one drake to one hen

Happy Thursday everyone! I hope you all had a great weekend!!!  Today I wanted to take some time to remind everyone how to protect yourself in Secondlife while breeding and selling your breedables.

A few things you can do to protect yourself and your breedables.

• Don’t buy/sell breedables to avatars that are only one day old.
• Always set prices of your breedables in your inventory or in a private area
• When putting items out for auction be sure they are not set for sale before they are sold
• Don’t buy breedables from random people iming you.
• Always check the creator of the horse, K-9 or Barnyard Bird. It should always without exception be JJ Cerna for horses, Ancient Biscuit for K-9s , Mazelina Menna for Barnyard Birds and PlayfulPonie Resident for the Ponie Pals.
• NEVER I mean never buy a duplicated breedable or a breedables that you haven’t seen rezzed in Secondlife.

Amaretto cannot be there to help you at every breedable sale nor can we refund you if you buy a copybotted breedable or a duplicated breedable. You have to protect yourself against these people in Secondlife, if you do fall victim to one of these scams the best thing to do is file a abuse report them to Linden Lab.

There have been some issues with a griefer pretending to give out free stuff that if you wear it or give it debit permissions it will drain your Linden balance. I just wanted to give out a few tips about protecting yourself from these kinds of griefers and thieves.

1.) Always pay attention to who is giving you things. If you don’t know them don’t wear it… only rez it. If it asks you to give it debit permissions DECLINE IT!!!! Then delete it and purge it from your inventory.

2.) When dealing with Amaretto products they are no modify, no copy, no transfer. They can only be purchased from an Amaretto store and Marketplace or be given by one of the four Amaretto Business Avatars JJ Cerna, Ancient Biscuit, Mazelina Menna and PlayfulPonie Resident. Any other avatar trying to give out Amaretto Products (other than animals of course) is a griefer or copybotter. Real Amaretto products will never ask for debt permissions!!!!

Please be responsible and protect yourself.  But you guys have to be proactive and protect yourself against such scams and report all scammers to Linden Lab with an abuse report. Last but not least always remember that if something sounds too good to be true it probably is!
