Hello everybody I want to cover ticket responses today.
Currently all replies you get in your email from a staff member are just automated emails sent from No-Reply@amarettobreedables.com. Under normal circumstances any reply sent to this email address will be lost as it is an outbound connection only. The quickest way to respond to your tickets is to login to the support system at http://support.amarettobreedables.com . Once you login you will see a view tickets button, if your ticket is closed it will be in the resolved section which is accessible by clicking show/hide resolved tickets. Simply click on the title of the ticket and click the green Post Reply button in the upper right corner and an entry box will appear for you to post your reply in. Once you have finished typing out your reply click on send and it will update your ticket on our end so we can help solve your issue. Please do not send staff members Notecards or IM’s about your ticket as we usually are busy responding to other tickets and it will only slow things down.
