Racing and Training Explained!

Happy Monday everyone! Have you gotten a new racing trait and ready to head off  to the races?? I can hear the bugle call from here! As promised here is some more detailed information on racing and training!

~~~~~THE HUD~~~~~
1.) Can only connect one horse at a time to the hud.
2.) Can only wear one hud at a time.
~~~~~THE STATS~~~~~

ONLY NEW STARTERS WILL CARRY THE HIDDEN RACING TRAIT TO PASS ON TO NEWER GENERATIONS. (Is not breed or coat dependent).

***SPEED***

Speed = The Sprinting speed of a horse.

Speed is ranked using the following Class system:
S = 3x Avie Run Speed (ARS) {Highest Possible Class} 50 minutes of training time
A = 2.5x ARS 45 minutes of training time
B = 2x ARS 40 minutes of training time
C = 1.5x ARS 35 minutes of training time
D = ARS {Lowest Possible Class}30 minutes of training time

Class D is where horses start
Classes S,A,B,C, and D are trainable and passable

***STAMINA***

Stamina = The amount of time a horse can sprint without recharging

.

Stamina is ranked using the following Class system:
S = 50s of sprinting and 50 minutes of training time
A = 45s of sprinting and 45 minutes of training time
B = 40s of sprinting and 40 minutes of training time

Class D is where horses start
Classes S,A,B,C, and D are trainable and passable

***XP***

XP is gained through training your horse in a given field (speed or stamina) to move from one class to the next you must train from 0% to 100% in the current Class of that field.

XP Gains as follows:
Class D gains XP @ .5% per minute of training
Class C gains XP @ .4% per minute of training
Class B Gains XP @ .3% per minute of training
Class A Gains XP @ .1% per minute of training

Class D is where horses start
Classes S,A,B,C, and D are trainable and passable

***BREEDING***

Offspring of horses with the racing trait have a chance to receive the racing trait of their parents.

The Racing traits come from breeding “Starter Coats” together or one starter with any other horse.

Please note that the Racing trait CAN be passed on.

When the Racing traits pass they can pass as the same class, one class higher, one class lower or even two class’s lowers.

Well I hope this gives you guys a better understanding of the racing and training! Until next time happy racing everyone!

Just a Reminder

Hello everyone! Happy Wednesday! I wanted to touch on something that I have run across. When you go to update please be sure to go to any Amaretto Store and pick up an updater. You might be thinking that clicking on the menu on horse then update this does not work you will need the updater.
Update Instructions
Single Updater: Place the updater near the horse that isn’t updated and click the horse and click the update button. The horse will be updated and the settings will be the same as before the update process. ***DO NOT PICK UP HORSES OR THE UPDATER UNTIL IT HAS COMPLETED THE UPDATE PROCESS***

Bulk Updater: Place the bulk updater in the middle of your horse breeding area, click the updater and adjust the settings you want your horses to be set to after the update process, then click the update horse’s button on the updater menu. This updater has the ability to update all horses that are not v3.5 in an entire region. However, depending on sim performance it may only do the horses in a 96 meter radius. Do not remove the updater until it has completed updating all horses and the hover text above the updater reads FINISHED. ***DO NOT PICK UP HORSES OR THE UPDATER UNTIL IT HAS COMPLETED THE UPDATE PROCESS***

Amaretto July Showhorses

Hello Everyone, Today I wanted to show you all some pictures of the Amaretto Walker Showhorse. The Amaretto Walker Showhorse started on July 5th, like other Showhorses you have to breed 2 of the same breeds together meaning walkers this month 🙂 I do want to remind you all that the walker Showhorse does NOT pass its coat but it can pass the wonderful eye. We did decide this month to mix things up, There is two different colors on the coats, Black and Silver, also there is a white and red eye.
Below is a  picture of the wonderful Showhorses and i do wish everyone luck in getting one 🙂 Happy Breeding

More about the Horse Hud

How do I get a hud? What can I do with my hud? What are all these buttons?

To get the HUD is really simple just click on one of your 3.5 + horses and go to help then click on get HUD it will send you a HUD to wear and use with your horses!

The G.P.S button: Your hud has a built in G.P.S. for your horses simply click on the G.P.S. button to bring up its menu and to use the G.P.S. The menu is like your G.P.S. Barrel, but without barrel.

With the Animations menu, now you can change your animations or adjust them without having to click on the horse!

The Animations button:

This button will bring up two choices, brush or feed

Brush

Choosing brush, you get 2 choices Large or regular size brushes

1 Choose your brush size, a brush will be delivered to you… wear the brush, now you can groom you beautiful horse, you will be given 3 choices grooming, Shetland, or child shet

Feed

Choosing Feed , you will get a Green Amaretto Apple delivered to you…. wear the apple and you can feed your horse from your hand, you have size choices of child shet, adult, child, or Shetland

Now wear your horse. Click connect

If your horse is connected you will get a message in local like this: Amaretto Horse HUD: RUNES IND connected

Now click riding button there are 4 choice, male, female, child, and tiny

The female button contains 2 choices , normal or side saddle

Where these selections are you will see a + or – , this enables you to raise the height of the horse

Now lets hit the small black main menu button, and click racing.

Racing is probably the most popular feature of the HUD. it will control the Racing aspect of the horses.

There are 4 tabs here.. Training, Stats, Racing, and Racing Animation

These will be explained in a later connection when the horses start being born on the grid.

The Horse HUD and how to get it!

Hello everyone today i would like to cover a quick topic on what the horse HUD is and how to get it from your horses!

The first of which is it has a built in G.P.S. for your horses simply click on the G.P.S. button to bring up its menu and to use the G.P.S.

The next nifty function of the horse HUD is the Animations menu, now you can change your animations or adjust them without having to click on the horse!

As everyone is aware Racing has been added to the Amaretto Horse experience!  However, the only way to discover the racing traits and all that goes along with them will be to breed it from the new starters.  That’s right! We will have more information coming regarding the racing very soon!  I hope everyone enjoys this update as we here at Amaretto have worked very hard at bringing new and exciting things to the Amaretto Community!
