Jack’s and Jenny’s have hit Haven!

 

We have now added the Donkey to the Haven vendors. These are available in 3 random colors :

Ash Grey Haven Donkey

Brass Haven Donkey

Sienna Haven Donkey

When you use your Horse Cents to purchase a Haven Donkey you will receive 1 Donkey of random gender/random color.

 

Like the Memorable Haven Horse and the Haven Horse Eagle Spirit, the Donkey’s can also slightly increase your odds of getting a Charmed Horse

(*However, these special additions to the Haven vendor may include other surprises you have to breed to discover)!

Hey everyone its Monday again hope you guys got your horses updated without to many complications. I wanted to take a few moments to show pics of all the new starters. I think this is something you guys have been waiting to see officially from Amaretto so below is pictures of the 16 new starters that are in the starter packs last released.

Amaretto G.P.S ( Global Pony Settings )

Hello everyone today i would like to talk a little about the G.P.S. that we have released.The GPS is a tool you can use to set all your 3.1 + horses on the same Sim to the same settings.Say you want to make every horse on your Sim stop moving well you rez out the GPS and click it and select Move Off then click it again and click Activate. Within moments every 3.1+ horse on that Sim will be set to movement off. This little tool can be a time saver especially after you just bought a few starter packs a way to easily set every horse to the same settings within moments! the settings the GPS has and can effect are:

Range

Text

Sounds

Animations

Movement

the home position of the horse will remain unchanged after use so you don’t have to worry about going around and resetting home after using the GPS. With this tool you can save time changing the settings of your horses and spend more time interacting with them šŸ™‚

What to do about Update Barns

When you are updating and the barn is still there but no horse, copy down the uuid that the barn produced in local chat and file a ticket to get your horse remade. If you didn’t catch the number, and you know the name of the horse, we can also remake the horse.

 

Then just delete the barn, as it has no information in or on it that will be helpful to us in remaking your horse.

We have added the Forever Foal option for Retired horses.
**One Forever Foal Gift Certificate per Horse**

The Forever Foal makes the Retired horse so that
it will not require food any more.
All other normal functions for a Retired horse will still operate normally.
Hover text will say Pet instead of Retired.
This only works for Retired horses
(Retired Horse-Horse that is greater then 120 days old)
and can be used for both male and female Retired horses.

    **The Forever Foal Certificate will be sold
      in all Amaretto Store locations

"Forever Foal <your sl name>"
with the Retired horse you wish to be your Forever Foal.
Send the folder to Jaymee Caproni.
Jaymee will work her magic and return the horse to you
in a folder named "Forever Foal from Jaymee Caproni"

the process goes as smoothly as possible.

***ONCE A RETIRED HORSE IS TURNED INTO A
FOREVER FOAL IT CAN NOT BE TURNED BACK***

The Forever Foal is an OPTION....
If you do not want to purchase it, Dont.

NEVER_RECEIVED_MOTHER_COMMUNICATION

Let’s talk aboutĀ Ā  Bundles an Kennels that give the errorĀ  “NEVER_RECEIVED_MOTHER_COMMUNICATION”

This bundle or kennelĀ  has a non viable UUID number.Ā  When you file a ticketĀ  on a bundle or kennelĀ  the CSR’s ask you to send us the parents information becauseĀ  the UUID is no good. We need it so we can look up and return to you the viableĀ  bundle that the mother did have.

Please remember how important this is to know the parents of each
bundle or kennel. Have a great day and Happy Breeding

I know how to update do you?

Hey guys its Monday! What does that mean? Could we be one day closer to a big update?
I dunno and if I did I sure couldn’t say!

But never the less, I want all you breeders to be prepared for what may or may not come. So……
I made some simple “How to update your horse” videos. There are two new videos located under the Help section of the website.

One video on how to use the bulk updater and one on how to use the single updater.

Just want you guys to be ready if Amaretto should put out an updater someday……….

Who’s ya daddy?

Who’s ya Daddy?

This week I’m going to briefly talk about the importance of keeping track of parents of bundles/kennels. I’ve done a number of tickets this week where sadly I was unable to return broken bundles/kennels. So its a good topic to touch on…

Sometimes perhaps you might see in the description line of the bundle/kennel something like this:

:Bundle key nonexistent in database111125:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:197.39.22:0:0:0:0:V1.0:0:0

So you log on to the support site and file a ticket to have us fix the issue. One of the first things an Amaretto staff person is going to ask is:

Hello can you please provide the parental information for the Horse(s)/Bundle(s) such as UUID or name?

This is because through one or both of the parents we can find the necessary information in order to fix the issue and send back the bundle/kennel in question.

Its important that as soon as you see there is a problem with a bundle/kennel that you take down the parent information. This way you have it on hand when you’re asked for it. It will avoid the “I’m sorry I’m unable to further assist you”.

If your not the owner of the parents then you can always ask the person that sold you the bundle/kennel for the parent information.

Two things I’d like to STRESS big time is

1) Always name your breedables as this helps us track down some information if your unable to provide a UUID

and lastly

2) I can’t stress enough how important it is to know “Who’s ya Daddy” on your bundles/kennels.
