Amaretto Breedables Customer Connection

Elemental Horses can only come by breeding a male and female with Element eyes. The Element eyes are Earth, Wind, Fire, Water, and Heart. They do not have to be the same Elements.

The Elemental horses that can be birthed will not have the particles like the ones given away at the Amaretto Social Gala, those Elemental horses were One of a Kind! The coats on the Elemental Horses that will be born will look just like the One of a Kind Gala horses just without the particles.

The Elemental Horses are not Limited Edition Horses. They are best compared to the Albinos, you just need to breed 2 Element eyes together for the Elemental Horses and you need to breed 2 Full Siblings together for the Albinos. I will include the text of the notecard that was sent out on the Elemental Horses yesterday below. What are the Elemental Horses?
• Elemental Earth
• Elemental Fire

How do you get the Elemental Horses?
To have a chance at getting one of the Elemental Horses, you must breed two horses that have the Element Eyes. They do not have to be the same Element eye, they just need to both be Element Eyes. They DO NOT need to be siblings or anything else, they need ONLY have Element eyes.

Do the Elemental Horses pass their coats?
The Elementals are like the Albinos in that they do not pass their coats. However, breeding an Elemental horse to another Elemental Horse or even breeding an Elemental Horse to another horse with Element eyes increases your chances of getting another Elemental horse. The Elemental coat you receive will be chosen at random.

Hey everyone its Monday! And its time for the first installment of Ask Ava!! Our question today comes from Shanay Darwin. (hope she doesn’t mind me mentioning her LOL)
Shanay writes: “I have a question about Albinos breeding to their siblings.   We had an Albino that gave us a second generation Albino, but it gave us the same eye.   Is it possible to get a different eye from an Albino that is breeding with a sibling?  or will it only give an Albino with the same eye?”
Well Shanay, anytime an Albino is born from two siblings it can have any Albino eye. It just happens to be chance that you got the same eye two times. Anytime you breed two horses from the same parents you have the chance to have an Albino with any eye.  Guess you were just lucky!

Well sorry this post is so short the weather is not cooperating with me tonight and I wanted to be sure and  get this up. Some people are asking how you get Albinos. Well in todays post I will go over a few things about Albinos

How do you get an Albino?

Albinos come from full siblings. This means it has to be the same mother and same father not half father or half mother. Siblings do not have to have the same traits as some say to give you an Albino, that is not true at all.

Although I cannot give you what the odds are of getting an Albino from a sibling pair I can tell you that not every bundle from siblings will be an Albino.

Can Albinos pass their coat?

No they cannot pass their coat but they can produce another Albino if you put them with their sibling. Remember, there is no other way to get an Albino except from siblings.

Can Albinos pass their eyes?

YES, the eyes on the Albinos can pass.

Is there a list of Albino eyes?

Here is the list of the eyes that the Albinos do have:

Hazel Blue
Hazel Pink
Hazel Green
Multi Black White
Multi Blue Pink
Multi Brown Blue
Multi Green Blue
Multi Green Brown
Multi Pink Violet
Multi Silver Violet
Rainbow

I do want to throw in one more thing that is not about Albinos. Its about an issue I have seen come into play in the past few days that is an SL issue and if it happens to you this might help you in able to fix this issue.

Some have been having horses/bundles that they cannot get menu’s from, can’t pick up, delete them or return them. We are not sure what is causing this issue but there are a few fixes that might work before filing a ticket.

Try to sell the horse to a friend or alt. Someone you can trust. Most of the time after transfer it will be able to be moved.

Try restarting the sim sometimes this works as well

If these steps do not work for you then file a ticket and one of theCSR’s will come out and help you with this matter. This is not happening alot but I wanted to keep you all up to date with new issues that LL makes.

Alot of you are asking about the eye that was seen yesterday for the first time..

Pisces Aquamarine (Zodiac Eye)

How do we get this eye? Is it in the new starters?

Answer: This eye is like the harvest horse in the sense  they will be random. When a bundle drops it is assigned its traits based on the mom and dads sub and dom traits. The Zodiac Eyes will be randomly assigned when the bundle drops. Since its not in the main horse the data base will randomly give bundles this eye but yet at the same time it does not effect the mom and dads dom and sub traits.

Why did we buy new starters?

Answer: The new starters will have the chance at carrying the other new traits that are coming out. Since this eye will not replace the traits that your horses have now we are able to do this without effecting the eyes that your horses have as sub eyes now.

Will they come out every month?

Answer: Yes!!! Each time the Zodiac changes so will the eyes. This means if the date for one Zodiac changes on the 21st then the new eye will be able to come out then also. (Spoiler alert) There are 2 different eyes per Zodiac sign. 🙂 So for example the Zodiac sign Pisces runs from February 19 – March 20th during these times you will be able to get the Pisces eyes. Beginning March 21st look forward to the Aries eyes! See Zodiac dates at the bottom of this post.

Do the eyes pass?

Answer: Yes!! Like most other eyes they will pass these eyes.

The mom and dad do have to be version 2.0 or above in order to get the Zodiac eyes.

So with all this being said I will make this statement:
All Zodiac eyes can pass and they will be out each time the Zodiac changes. The traits in the mom and dad of these horses have not been altered in anyway whatsoever. They are Randomly Generated by the server aka Database.

Wow its another manic Monday……..here we are embarking on a new week what bundles are in store for you? Or even me LOL. So one week of the customer connection and what do you guys think? Is it a keeper? Well last week I asked for ncs on what you guys wanted to see posts on and I only got one. I cant remember who sent it but they wanted me to talk about charmed horses.
There are currently 6 different types of charmed horses:

• Pegacorn
• Pegasus
• Unicorn
• Robo Unicorn
• Demon Horse
• Nightmare Clydesdale
  

How charming are they exactly? Well the first myth is that charmed horses can pass their coats this is not true, they will not pass their coats, their eyes, or any other specific traits for any one particular charmed.

Charmed horses do have a slight increased chance of giving birth to another charmed however, this increase is not in the normal coat charmed offspring babies,  but only the actual charmed babies from a charmed horse have a greater chance to get another charmed.
If you have a charmed horse that is missing a horn or a wing you need to file a ticket for this horse it is not any more special than other charmed that has these things, but it was a glitch in the older bundles but will be fixed in the next update.

So what new charms are in store for Amaretto? Well i cant exactly tell you that 😛 But if there is another topic you would like to see on the customer connection please send a nc in world to Avalon Crystal, and one of the csrs will post about it!

• Charmed + Charmed= higher chance
• Charmed + Non Charmed = higher chance
• Offspring of Charmed (non charmed) + Offspring of Charmed (non charmed) = no higher chance than a normal non charmed horse

Just confirmed straight from our scripter [20:31]  Lexxure Lock: A non-charmed horse breeding with another non-charmed horse WILL NOT have a greater chance to have a new charmed, REGARDLESS OF ITS PARENTS. If a charmed horse is bred with another horse of any type, or with another charmed, will yield a greater chance of having a charmed, however, when their descedents breed (if they aren’t charmed) will not garner the increased chance.
