Happy Saturday Everyone!! I just wanted to touch on Amaretto Food an Salt Licks.

These are two of the most important consumables
Breedable & Pet Food.

Breeder Food is for horses you wish to breed once they reach 7 days old.

Pet Food is to be used when you do not wish to breed your horses. If you decide to breed your horse after feeding it Pet Food, it will take 7 days on Breeder Food for the effects of the Pet Food to wear off.

1. Rez the food/water within your horses set range. (A horse’s default range is 5 meters)
2. Can click the food/water to change options and see remaining %. Options include Owner only, Group only, and All.
Owner only: Will only be consumed by the owners horses.
Group only: Will only be consumed by horses in the same group as the food/water is set to.
All: Any horse within range of the food/water will be able to consume it.
Once the food/water has been completely consumed it will disappear.

In case your horses get hungry
1. Re-rez fixes 99% of the issues.
2. If the land is set to a group, are the horses and food set to that group?
3. If the land isn’t set to a group, are the horse and food set to the same group as each other?
4. Check to see if the horse is set to the type of food out (more stats)
5. Re-set home position.
6. Sometimes giving them a Horsey Snack will help them start to eat so you may also want to try this. Remember your horses only eat once every 43 minutes so you may not notice a change immediately, be patient it takes 3 days for a horse to reach 100% hunger.
We also sell a Healing Kit if you want to heal your sick horse instantly.

Salt Licks:

This stat booster gives a 1% increase in happiness over time.
One Salt Lick last 2 horses 2 weeks.
1. Open boxed Salt Lick and rez close to the horses you wish to increase the happiness. For the horses to use the Salt Lick it needs to be within their set range, just as the food and water is.
2. Click the Salt Lick to set options for Owner only, Group only, or All.
Owner only: Will only be consumed by the owners horses.
Group only: Will only be consumed by horses in the same group as the Salt Lick is set to.
All: Any horse within range of the Salt Lick will be able to consume it.
Once the Salt Lick has been completely consumed it will disappear.

Please be sure to reset your retired horses to pet food when you update, the updater is set to breedable food and if you update and do not reset retired horses to pet they are going to get hungry.

Happy Friday Everyone! I hope everyone is enjoying the beautiful Valentine Surprises we released yesterday! I love them all they are soooooo pretty! Thank you Design Team for another amazing design!! Now our first priority this week has been getting everything ready to release those beautiful horses, K-9s and Birds to you so we are going to move the premiere of the Dakota Show to next Saturday, February 16th at 11am slt.

I want to bring you the best most informative show that I can and by pushing off the premiere for a week it gives you more time to send in note cards for advance seats! Guarantee yourself a spot in the audience by sending me a note card with a question for one of my guests or a suggestion for a future guest!

Since the premiere is being moved I thought I would spill the beans and let you all know who the surprise guest is going to be. This being my first show and all I wanted the biggest name I could get in Breedables to be on the show. Well in my opinion you can’t get any bigger than the lady behind the whole idea for Amaretto Ranch Breedables! That’s right! She’s coming to talk live on the very first show, Mrs. Josaphine Cooperstone!

So now you have a week to get me note cards with questions you’d like for me to ask Josaphine! Nothing like when are you going to release this or that because you know we won’t answer those! So come up with some good questions that Josie will be able to answer and then be sure to attend the show next Saturday February 16th to hear the answers!

Also if you have any myths or rumors that you would like us to squash on the show, send those in! I would love to do some myth busting live on the show!

I look forward to receiving many note cards. Until next week, Happy Breeding everyone!

Dun Dun Dun Dunnnn!!!

Wonderful Wednesday everyone! I know the rumor mill has been running and although I find some peoples answers and explanations interesting, just thought I would clear a few things up. Let’s talk about Dun horses for just a moment!

First thing is first let me introduce you guys to the new Dun Showhorse!
Beginning February 5, 2013 to March 4, 2013 any bundle dropped from the breeding of any 2 Dun horses had the chance at being a Dun Showhorse.

I have included a picture below!

DunShowhorse1
On a interesting side note if you look at the number on the horse is 16! This is because this is our 16th Showhorse! Here is a photo of the gamble eye that has the ability to pass from the Dun Showhorse.

GambleEye

Now on to the serious stuff you guys wanna know about, the Ebony and Ivory Dun! Because the Show horse doesn’t pass its coat we came up with a twist!
On an interesting twist of this months Showhorse they have the ability to pass you a brand new dun coat! Introducing the Ebony and Ivory Dun!
Heres a pretty picture of both!

EbonyDun IvoryDun
The coats on the Ebony and Ivory are two Non-Starter Coats that you can get from breeding a Dun Show horse! These coats have the ability to pass on!

On Tuesday night we had a small glitch which allowed a few people to receive Ebony and Ivory Duns that did not come from breeding the Dun Showhorse. If you received one of the horses, you may need to send it in a ticket to be fixed for the coat to display properly. These horses that were given in the error have the ability to pass their coats and will not be changed if you send them into to be fixed.

We do apologize for the glitch and corrected it very quickly. So I suggest that if you guys have questions about any of these new Dun Horses you should attend my questions and answers I will be having at 4 at Boomtown! I will be there to answer all your questions! Well until then Happy Breeding everyone! This is Ava over and out!

Amethyst Primrose

Hey everyone its Tuesday! Wooooooooooooot! Nah I am just kidding but this is my new connection day! That’s right instead of starting off your work week I will be doing my connection on Tuesdays.

So I have seen a little confusion in the groups about a certain eye that is now on the grid. Which there shouldn’t be any confusion on because it is even listed on the Wiki

http://wiki.amarettobreedables.com/index.php?title=Birthstone_Flower_Eyes

Introducing……………drum roll please……………… Amethyst Primrose!!

How do you get one you ask? Well it’s a random drop that can come from the breeding of any two horses during the month of February. That’s right if you are breeding horses between Feb 1st and Feb 28, then you have a chance at getting this eye! This eye does have the ability to pass on!

I have included a picture to show all of you guys.

Amethyst_Primrose

Well thats all the news I have to report today, please be aware that today is Tuesday and Linden Labs did a rolling restart on the main channel so it may have caused you some issues. Never fear Amaretto CSR’s are on the job and processing tickets as they come in! So until next time this is Ava over and out!

First I would like to list for you some of the things that can cause duplication of your breedables

1. Lag

2. Sim Restarts

3. Sim Rollbacks

4. Crashes

5. sometimes during updating

Second if you find a breedable in your inventory and you know that you already have it out, you can right click on the item in inventory, look in the description field and compare the numbers from that with your breedables number. If you set it out and you already have it out, both copies will duplicate.

Third when SL does a sim Rollback, it takes the sim back to a previous state. If you have recently purchased a horse/k-9/bird from someone, and the sim where you purchased the breedable from has a rollback, it can create a duplicate issue., maybe even someone else has come along and also purchased the same breedable. This is why we ask for transaction history. If this happens you can contact the seller for refund. Please don’t just assume they are selling duplicates on purpose. Talk to the seller. Things can be worked through.

Now here is what you need to do if you have a duplicated breedable.

1. File a ticket on the support site http://support.amarettobreedables.com/index.php.

be sure to include as much information as you can. The name and UUID of the breedable is the best pieces of information that you can provide. You only need to file 1 ticket. Please do not file multiple tickets for the same

issue.

2.If you recently purchased your breedable please provide the full transaction record with date, time, region etc., for your purchase. This can be found on your dashboard on the Secondlife.com website under transaction history.

A. Transaction History is very IMPORTANT! When the CSR looks up the breedable on the server if you do not show as owner of the breedable we can’t return it to you! This is for all of our customer’s protection we don’t want anyone to just give us a uuid and say the breedable is theirs when it’s really not!

3. After you have filed a ticket, you will be asked by a CSR to send in all copies of the duplicated breedable in a FOLDER.. When sending folders to the csr, make sure your name and ticket id is on the folder.

4. If a CSR needs more information, they will make a request for it in the ticket you filed. So when you reply to a request don’t send replies to tickets in IM or notecards, reply to your ticket in your ticket!
