I know that you guys have seen it mentioned before, however I can’t help but notice in the majority of the tickets you guys still aren’t putting all the info that will ensure your issue is resolved as fast as possible.
One issue that you might encounter is a duplicated horse! The horse will have a red hover text that reads: Duplicated horse, please file a ticket with Amaretto
But don’t panic it’s an easy fix just file a ticket and the CSR will ask you to send all copies of the duplicated horse!
Another popular issue that happens is [20:26] Amaretto Breedables Bundle: This bundle had an error, MOTHER_HAD_SECOND_BUNDLE_IN_THREE_DAYS:
This happens when a horse has a good bundle, and SecondLife rolls back the sim and turns the good bundle into a bundle that reads [20:26] Amaretto Breedables Bundle: This bundle had an error, MOTHER_HAD_SECOND_BUNDLE_IN_THREE_DAYS
If you encounter this issue please click on the mother horse and go to the breeding menu, then last bundle you will see the following in local chat
The last bundle dropped by this horse was Amaretto Breedable Bundle with the ID of d807a2b9-9dd4-1e8e-631a-7cf4c7e9dadc
You can now include this information in your ticket and will help the CSR swiftly recover the bundle you are missing!
Also an issue with rollbaks is missing items that you may have just sat out, like food or salt licks. You can file support tickets for these as well, just make sure you include transaction history for these items. We try as best we can to help but can unfortunately do nothing about SL rollbacks.

First, it is important to talk about purchases made from Amaretto.
When you first purchase your new starters or any special LE’sor SE’s from Amaretto, It is very Important that once you birth them, give them a name. This will help us to find any Horses/k-9s/ Barnyard Birds that maybe didn’t birth properly for you. It is really almost impossible to find your horses/ k-9′s when they are all named Amaretto breedable Horse/ K-9/Barnyard Bird. Please remember to try and name all of your horses and k-9′s something different. If you have to, use numbers in the name.
Also your transaction history is very Important Everytime you buy or sell items, or even give items to someone, or get items from some one, even if it is for 0L a transaction history is made.
When you send a ticket about duplicated or lost items that you have recently purchased, we may be asking for a transaction history to verify your purchase or exchange, if it becomes necessary. To speed up the answer to your ticket, please include this when you file your ticket.
Your transaction history also helps in knowing when and how much foods and consummables that you purchased that may have dissappeared or not rezzed properly.
You ask, Where do I find my transaction history? The answer is simple, at the top of your screen you will see the word WORLD, left click, then left click on account history, and find your transaction. Then copy that and paste onto your ticket.
Name ALL your Horses/K-9s/Barnyard Birds, Bundles, Kennels and Nests
Second Life has many lag issues, that can cause duplication of breedables, disappearance of breedables, or incomplete transfer of breedables. Having your breedable named can be very helpful especially when SL eats you Horse, K-9, or Barnyard Bird. We need information to remake your breedable. What we need is the Name of breedable and/or UUID number. If you leave you horse, K-9, or Barnyard Bird as Amaretto Breedable Horse, Amaretto Breedable K-9,or Amaretto Breedable Barnyard Bird, it can make it harder to find and sometimes impossible. The same goes for kennels, bundles and nests

We can only replace, remake your item if we have the information, so please take the time to name all your breedables.
Names can be as simple as using a number. It will also help you keep track and know when you are missing a horse, K-9 or Barnyard. example (White Walker Female, White Walker Female 2, White Walker Female 3)or for bundles, kennels, and nests, BW/Gar/LL/DblGloom, BWGar/LL DBLGloom 2
When you get a bundle, kennel, or nest and you decide not to birth it, name it before you take it into your inventory. Lets say a few weeks down the road you decide to birth that bundle, and the horse stays white and doesn’t birth. or you go to rez it out and it dissapears.You probably dont remember who the parents of the bundle were, but if you have named the bundle and paid attention to the bundle name before you clicked birth, you now have some information to give us that can help in finding out about that bundle. Again try and make the names different, even by using a number. You can start naming your bundles/kennels/nests by starting with a number and then naming the bundles in the next number order (1 BW/Gar/LL/BblGloom, 2 BW/Gar/LL/DblGloom, Etc)

Logins and Registration
Hello Everyone its me your neighborhood Webmaster and today i would like to retouch a little bit on the various log ins for the Website/Ticket system. As Many of you know the website and the ticket system are 2 separate log ins, i know this is something that can be confusing but i hope to explain it a little to help clear any confusion.
First off we have the main website login.
This one is for everything but the ticket system.
First off its best to use a NON-Second Life based browser as the internal browsers don’t really work with much ( and in fact have shown not to work with the website or the ticket system most of the time ). at the bottom of this post i will provide a few links to the popular browsers for you to choose from 🙂
Now in the browser of your choice go to http://amarettobreedables.com and near the top of the page is a sign up / sign in button. If you have already signed up for the main website you would click sign in if not then click sign up ( Remember registering for the main website will not register you for the ticket system and vice versa you have to sign up for both but you can use the same email / password combination for both 🙂 )
Now after clicking sign up you will be prompted to create your profile just fill in the information with your Second life information and when it asks for profile address refer to this connection: http://amarettobreedables.com/connection/?p=472
Now you are registered and should receive a confirmation email, if for some reason you did not receive the email ( please be patient and give it at least 30 minutes to arrive and be sure to check your spam folder as well ) Please send a Notecard in-world to Tmzasz Luminos and I will look into it and get the account activated for you 🙂
Now on to the Ticket System
Now the reason you have to sign up for the ticket system as well is because the website and ticket system use a different method of storing the user names and other information and cant understand each other ( its like if you went to another country that spoke a language that you were not familiar with and they didn’t understand you )
Now to register to the ticket system go to http://support.amarettobreedables.com and click on the button in the center of the page that says Register. Again its best to use a NON-Second Life browser for this.
After clicking register fill in the Account information as a reminder we only need your second life name and do not suggest or need you to fill in any RL information.
Once you register ( no email confirmation with the ticket system ) at http://support.amarettobreedables.com there is a box on the right hand side of the page that says Log In and one that says Subscribe. Ignore the one that says Subscribe and put your email address and the password you chose into the login box and login 🙂
After logging in at the top where it says > Home > View tickets > Submit a ticket > Knowledgebase > News > Troubleshooter click on home to go to the front page or Submit a Ticket to go straight to the ticket submition page.

Now at the top of the page click Sign up and it will take you to the account creation/registration page
Fill in your email address set the password you want twice (do not use the same password as your email or second life account) and in the profile address you have to put an alpha-numeric word in the box. You create this and it has to have at least 1 letter in it but can have letters and numbers, i.e. tmzasz1 this is for the url of your website profile page and it would look like this http://amarettobreedables.com/profile/tmzasz1 don’t put the http:// or anything else in just put what you want to be behind the last /.
Next change your time zone and language, complete the recaptcha and then read and agree to the terms of service of the site (which are located here:http://amarettobreedables.com/help/terms).
Press continue to go to the profile information page
Here you fill in what will appear on your profile page
For first name use your SL first name and for last name use your SL last name or resident if you don’t have one
Everything else on the page is optional and completely up to you if you want to fill it in.
Click save and wait for the confirmation email (should arrive within 5 minutes) and then confirm the registration and login that’s all there is to it
Now for the ticket system
The reason the website login does not work with the ticket system is because the systems use a separate user/password style and they can’t talk to each other.
Ok to register to the ticket system point your external browser (a browser other than the built in media browser inside second life) to http://support.amarettobreedables.com (you need to use an external browser as the in world browsers do not work all the time)
On this page in the center is a register button that looks like a red silhouette with a brown + sign on it click it to start the registration process.
Once you click the register button please fill in the account fields:
Full Name please use your second life name not your RL name
Email please put the email you wish to use to login to the ticket system and put a password (do not use the same password as your email or second life account) and finally fill in the recaptcha and click sign up. Once you do you will be able to login using the login box to the right of the screen about halfway down.
Once you login you can fill in the profile information if you choose to but it is not required.
After logging in at the top where it says > Home > View tickets > Submit a ticket > Knowledgebase > News > Troubleshooter click on home to go to the front page or Submit a Ticket to go straight to the ticket submit ion page.

Duplicated Horses, K-9’s, Barnyard Birds I would like to retouch on duplicated Amaretto breedables this can happen when you have two of the same kind of breedable with the same uuids .Sometimes it happens when a sim is rollback or you buy a breedable that has duplicated on sales floor an owner does not know about it, or you lost breeedable an filed a ticket on them CSR sends you your lost breedable an BAM suddenly it appears! When filing a ticket on theses duplicated breedables be sure you send in all of the copies in for a fix. Be sure to add in the ticket, if you just bought it, a copy of your transaction showing whom you bought it from. We can’t send your breedable back to you if it is not in your name.
