Happy Friday everyone! I thought I would use my blog this week to talk to you all regarding one of my favorite things about my job here at Amaretto, watching the Amaretto groups!! I know many people out there that do not chat in the main Amaretto groups for various reasons, but I can tell you that I look forward to opening my group every day to see what is going on out there in the Amaretto Community. It is a great way to get to know your fellow breeders and see what pretty horses they are breeding or what amazing projects others are working on. We chit chat about things other than horses and get to know one another and develop friendships that carry over into private messages. I’ve even been able to sit back and watch a few “love connections” blossom in the groups.
Now I know we do not allow advertising, trades or freebies in the groups and talking about pricing can be quite touchy in there so is generally frowned upon. However I would like to remind all the regular chatters in there and even some of the new people that this is not an excuse to be rude to others. Sometimes in conversation in the groups people ask for help and it’s just as easy to private message someone with assistance as it is to chastise them publicly in the group. I know it’s also a great way to make new friends, private message them and strike up a conversation about where and how to advertise or how you go about pricing your own breedables.
So just remember, the Amaretto groups are a great place to talk, to learn and above all else to HELP each other! So be kind to one another and until next time….

Today I want to tell you all about A.M.O.C. (Amaretto Market Owners Coalition). A.M.O.C. needs you and you really need to join and become apart of this fast growing group.

What is A.M.O.C. ?

~Amaretto Market Owners Coalition~ is to keep the market owners and breeders together and hopefully promote some stabilization of the Secondary Market. Joining this group is by invitation only so if you know of a market owner or a breeder who supports Amaretto products that has not been invited to this group please contact a member of the Amaretto Team and let us know so we can invite them, or you can contact Bundy Xue, Mami Deerhunter or Marco Denimore.

What does A.M.O.C. do?

A.M.O.C. has monthly group meetings, where they do a lot of brainstorming on planning events, and ideas to improve the market. It a very active and informative group. You need to keep a lookout on the Amaretto Calendar on the web site so you can attend these meetings and go to the awesome events.

A.M.O.C Next event is 1st A.M.O.C Equestrian Extravaganza

this event will be June 23rd through June 29th.

What is the Equestrian Extravaganza?

Well, for us country folk, that’s a fancy word for Horse Fair/Show. This gives you a chance to show off your designer horses, high traited horses, or any horses that you are breeding. Bring them out and display them. I know you all have some that really make you proud. This show will also give you a chance to see what others are breeding and maybe give you some new ideas too.

How do I Participate?

You need to send a application form with your name, how many horses you’ll bring (you don’t need to say exactly what you’re gonna bring, but how many, from 1 to 3, tops, or more exactly a total of 50 prims that you can use) You can contact Bundy Xue or Mami Deerhunter for an application and fill it out and return it to them. Deadline for application return is June 22nd.

This is a totally free event for you! you will be not charged for the use of the prims. but you will have to bring your own food and salt! Also you do not have to be a group member to participate

There will be no selling of breedables at this Extravaganza.

So get those beautiful horses ready to display, and come out and enjoy the fair!!!!!

Happy Friday Everyone! So the weekend is near and the socks are starting to appear! It’s all very exciting to see the new things coming from the LE’s. Jaymee’s blog yesterday showed you the pretty colors you can get from the Valentine K-9s. They are gorgeous! And we can’t forget those cute Valentine Barnyard Birds and the new beak and leg traits that they were hiding! Get out there and get yours quick before they are not available any longer!

Yesterday’s AMOC meetings were quite successful, many of you attended and I for one am very excited about the possibilities that AMOC can bring to the community! If you are interested in joining this group which is for anyone, market owners or breeders, send me an im and we’ll get you added!
If you missed the premiere episode of the Dakota Show, you missed some good interviews! It was so much fun getting the chance to sit down and ask the questions that you the community wanted answered. Now, of course, I’m already starting to think about next month’s episode. I packed the first one with such amazing guests, how do I follow that?
Well when in doubt, I turn to you all in the community! Who do you want me to talk too next time? Not only that, but you already know from the 1st episode that I will definitely ask the questions you want answered, so send those questions in to me along with your suggestions for guests. Happy Friday everyone! I wanted to use my blog today to remind you all about the Group Charters of the Amaretto Groups.

As you all should know in the main Amaretto Ranch Breedables Group the charter states that this group is for positive chat and help and not for advertising or giveaways of any kind. We have spoken with the wonderful team of Moderators that are in the groups to help us out and there is a big concern about “sneaky advertising” going on in that group as well as the Multi-language group. If you are caught doing this you will be warned and upon your next offence your chat rights will be taken away. The Amaretto Advertising Network is the place for all your advertising needs.

Please help us in being able to help you by simply using the appropriate Amaretto groups for your needs. There are group joiner boards at all store locations so you can join with ease. We have lots of fun in these groups but let’s remember not to lose sight of what they were created for, help and positive chat.

Hey guys its Monday! Hows everyone today? I hope that you got to enjoy your weekend! I wanted to take a moment to remind everyone of a house keeping issue that I have been battling over the past couple of days!

The ~Amaretto Advertising Network~ is a group owned by Amaretto that is free for anyone to join! We want you to be able to advertise and spam your auctions, markets, and sales. Yes, we allow bots in there! However there are a few rules that need to be followed the group charter states:

The posting limit for this group is 1 group IM per hour and 1 notice per 2 hours.

THE MAXIMUM IS 4 ADS PER DAY!!!!

So please adjust your bots and spammers to reflect the rules of the charter, if you are caught abusing this group you will be ejected and banned from all Amaretto Groups. We want everyone to enjoy and utilize this group however we don’t want to over do it so please respect the charter! If you have any questions about this group please contact Avalon Crystal.

Hey guys its Monday again big shouts to all my Fathers out there hope everyone enjoyed the weekend! I also hope you remembered to pick of those Special and Limited Editions. I wanted to take a few moments today to talk to you about your role in the Amaretto Community.

Now, I know you are sitting there thinking role? What are you talking about Ava? Well let me explain. Since the opening of A.R.U. I have noticed its hard to get you guys to go to the classes and learn about our products. Yet everyday I still see people in the main group asking how to do this or that. I want to encourage and inspire you to become involved with Amaretto and the many things that we do for you our customers, community, and family!

ARU Classes: There are classes weekly at the University sim, they don’t last long and you can really learn something you didn’t know.

Question and Answer times with CSR’s: Almost daily you will see a notice from an Amaretto staff member holding mini questions and answer times that you may attend.

Monthly and Weekly Events: Thats right every Saturday at 5 o’clock we get together and have a little fun down at Club Amaretto. There are also 2 other events planned each month, so check the calendar!

AMOC Meetings: Meetings held monthly with designated officers that you can take your suggestions, concerns, and just talk shop with.

Amaretto Forums: Theres a whole big forum out there where you can ask and answer each others questions.

Not to mention the endless supply of Amaretto owned groups, facebooks, and twitters out there!

Are you participating in these things? I hope so! It is why we spend hours planning such events and gatherings. It’s to bring you the customer closer to Amaretto and Amaretto close to you. Often I like to say how we are one big family! When you are plugged in you know about the latest and greatest things happening at Amaretto. I do hope to see you at the next Amaretto hosted event or class at ARU!
